TRAINING OF PROJECT STAFF
In order to ensure an optimal balance between cost efficiency, safety and productivity, CROSSTECH employs, for most of the projects, large numbers of local employees. These national staff are selected according to strict criterion and trained drilled by the CROSSTECH International EOD-and Mine Clearance Experts, up to the required professional standard in their individual discipline.

CROSSTECH has its own standard operating procedures for all different mine action disciplines: initial assessment, project planning,
survey, technical survey, manual and mechanical clearance, underwater survey and clearance, mine dogs, GIS / DGPS, quality management, health and safety, medical support, destruction, environmental management and others. For all these areas, CROSSTECH has a detailed training syllabus for efficient multiplication of skills and knowledge.

CROSSTECH is further experienced in training staff of client companies and organizations who are obliged to work in hazardous areas in order to fulfill their mission or job.
